1. Job Posting Services

1.1 Cancellation Window

• Single Job Postings: Job postings can be canceled at any time before they go live on the platform.
• Subscription Plans: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.2 Refunds for Job Postings

• Pre-Paid Job Postings: For pre-paid job postings, if the cancellation occurs before the job goes live, a full refund will be issued.
• Subscription Plans:Refunds for subscription plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

 

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Cancellation Window

• Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled within the first [X] days for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle.

2.2 Refunds for Subscription Services

• Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
• Annual Subscriptions:Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the remaining unused months, excluding any promotional discounts.
